London, UK.

The L Factor Ltd has today published The Leadership Agenda: The Future of Tech, a new whitepaper exploring why, and how senior leaders must adapt decision-making, judgement and leadership capability as technology, AI and unstructured data reshape organisational expectations.

Developed in partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs, the whitepaper brings together insights from senior leaders across fintech, innovation, finance and professional services. It addresses a growing challenge facing executive teams: technology is moving faster than the leadership frameworks designed to govern it.

Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for human decision-making, the report argues that leadership responsibility is increasing. As tools accelerate insight and automation, leaders are being asked to make faster, higher-stakes decisions in environments with less certainty than ever before.

The whitepaper invites industry experts, moderated by Founder and Award Winning Business Mentor, Lenna Lou, to probe experts including Roberto Napolitano, CMO at Innovate Finance, Charlotte Wilkinson, Brand and Marketing Board Advisor and Aaron Michael, BCM FS at PwC and Exited Founder, to share how leadership judgement is evolving in response to AI, the role of unstructured data in shaping modern decision-making, challenges of ageism and reverse ageism, and why inclusion has moved beyond a cultural or HR discussion to become a core leadership and economic capability.

Lenna Lou, Founder and Director of The L Factor Ltd, said:

“AI has changed the pace of decision-making, but it hasn’t changed who is accountable. Leadership today is less about access to information and more about the quality of judgement applied to it. The Leadership Agenda reflects what many senior leaders are experiencing: technology is advancing faster than the leadership frameworks designed to govern it. The challenge now is not adoption, but responsibility.”

Key themes explored in the whitepaper include:

  • The evolution of leadership judgement in an AI-enabled world

  • Decision-making in environments dominated by unstructured data

  • Inclusion as a leadership and economic capability

  • The visibility and accountability of modern leadership

  • The UK’s position as a global fintech hub as expectations continue to shift

  • And more

The Leadership Agenda: The Future of Tech is intended for senior leaders, founders and board-level executives who are navigating complex decision-making environments and seeking perspective rather than prescriptive solutions.

The whitepaper is available to download now via The L Factor Ltd website.
