She has worked with FTSE and NASDAQ executives, scale-up founders, and global organisations across the UK and Asia. In 2025 she was admitted into the freedom of City of London for her contributions towards London’s business scene. Outside of work, she is a Chair and Non Executive Director across a number of businesses.

Justine Lou is an award-winning Marketing & Strategy Director. She has worked with startups and scale-ups in the tech and SaaS space, across the UK, Europe and United States. In 2025, she was recognised as the Top 20 Marketing Influencer by Technology for Marketers. Justine oversees the global marketing and partnerships function across the UK and Asia at The L Factor Ltd. Outside of work, she is a speaker on AI, creativity and marketing.

Ben Zhao manages our activities in the APAC regions. Overseeing business relationships across but not limited to e-commerce, tech and science, media and public relations, import and export, market analysis and supply chain management.
